Refund Policy

All our products are digital in nature. Once the file has been successfully downloaded or delivered to your email, no refund, return, cancellation, or replacement will be provided.

After a successful payment:

• You will be redirected to a page where you can instantly download the PDF.
• You will also receive a thank-you email containing your eBook download link.

However, we do care about your experience. A refund will only be considered in the following cases:

• You are unable to open the file/PDF due to a technical issue.
• The eBook content does not match the description or differs from the free preview.
• There is a clear issue with the shared file (e.g. broken, blank, or corrupted file).

Once verified, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
